This year they are cracking down...it got too roudy last year due to
out-of-towners.
So, the Laguna Niguel City Council has banned public drinking and
public urination -- HASN'T THAT ALWAYS BEEN ILLEGAL?
But they didn't ban "mooning"... THAT ISN'T ALREADY? Really?
